Every day the 50-min session works on different body parts from bottom to top on the principles of 7 chakra healing. The session includes yoga asana, pranayama and meditation. The sessions are suitable for all age groups.

Resistance Training and Dance Sessions

These 45 minutes sessions incorporate a mixture of high energy cardio dance workout to release your happy hormones and weight training to build muscle. This session is not suitable for people with back or knee pain or those over the age of 60.

9 Step Plan to Reverse Your Disease Naturally

Mid-day Mini Meditation Session (20-25 mins)

Suitable for busy professionals who experience a dip in their energy levels mid-day. These sessions incorporate a variety of meditation sessions, desk exercises, face and eye exercises to recharge you for the second half of the day. Suitable for everyone.

Strong Healing Community To Support You

Night Time Sleep Meditation (20-25 mins)

The perfect sleeping pill for the busy and stressed person. This sleep routine helps us unwind and prepare for bed. Meditations are based on Raga Therapy, as mentioned in the Ancient Sama Veda, which is designed to unwire the brain and get us into states suitable for rest.

If you miss a live exercise session, you can attend the next one. There are 3 sessions in the morning and 3 in the evening every day. If you miss the live knowledge session, recording will be made available for 24 hours.
